This Commercial Property 5+ Yeas PQE role will be based in their flourishing York office.
The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You should have real commercial acumen
- The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential.
- Salary is competitive and dependent on your level of experience
