Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years + PQE - Wiltshire
Renowned and bespoke law firm that are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their busy and successful team who work on a variation of legal sectors for both individuals and businesses which include; Employment, Family, Private Client, Business Law, Agriculture and Commercial property.
In this role the successful candidate will be required to work on a varied caseload which will include and not be limited too assisting with the buying or selling of a property, Developing property and development agreements, option and pre-emption agreements, advising on easements and rights of way, transfers of equity and registering land at the land registry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial property at an established national or regional law firm who has a genuine passion and enjoyment for this area of the law.
