JOB TITLE: Planning Lawyer
LOCATION: Shropshire

THE ROLE: Our client is looking for a Planning Lawyer to join their reputable team on a permanent basis dealing with an exciting range of local authority work for a diverse mix of clients. Do you have experience of handling a varied complex caseload? Can you demonstrate good technical skills? Do you command the respect and trust of colleagues and clients? Are you a problem solver? THE CANDIDATE: Do you have experience of providing planning advice (including attending Planning committees to advise members), drafting planning notices and agreements and attending and providing advocacy for inquiries and enforcement cases? Then we would love to hear from you. Although previous local authority experience is ideal, our client will consider candidates who can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience from private practice or other sectors.
