You will be responsible for running a caseload of multi track Clinical Negligence matters in excess of £100,000. Matters will include cancer misdiagnosis and negligence claims, childbirth claims, cosmetic surgery claims, dental claims and NHS negligence matters.

You will ideally have in excess of 3 years PQE and be confident in running a case load of high value Clinical Negligence matters.
