Pensions Solicitor NQ+ - Reading.

Highly regarded law firm that is rated in the Top 60 nationally with 95 partners and 200 lawyers spread across five different locations with a variation of clients and support for professional development. The clients are the heart of the business and so are their team members and realise that life outside of business hours is just as important which is why they offer flexible working hours.

There will be a varied caseload which will include a focus on contentious pension law relating to negligence claims, disputes between trustees and sponsoring employers and disputes relating to employees or trustees whilst developing an understanding of corporate objectives and keeping up to date with changes in pensions law. Within this role you will also play a role in the preparation and delivery updates for both clients and the team internally.

The Ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a highly regarded City or Regional practice with some exposure to Pensions Law coupled with commercial law, employment law and corporate law.
