Talented Commercial Property Lawyer sought for a progressive law practice in Berkshire.

Our client is a well-established firm who is looking for a talented lawyer to join their dynamic and high-performing team in Reading. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of commercial property matters, whilst proving themselves to be self-driven and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leases, licences and other tenancy matters
• Commercial property management
• Finance documentation
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Property tax

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE in commercial property matters
• Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills both verbally and written
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
