Fee Earner - Wills & Probate - Chichester £30,000 - £40,000

One of Chichester's established law firms with a friendly yet professional approach offering services to individuals and businesses, with centrally located offices. With an empathetic approach and always seeking a practical and straight forward outcomes for their client's in what can be very stressful times the Private Client team have a good reputation which is reflective in the current need to expand their ranks .

Additional expertise is required to deal with a growing caseload specifically within the Probate department, You will join an existing team of fee earners who cover the breadth of Private Client matters including wills, powers of attorney, administration of estates, deputyship applications, management of affairs, declarations of trust, estate and tax planning, undertaking Court of Protection work.

Client care and Client focus is a key component of the team's overall approach with all of the team being trained Dementia Friends and all fee earners positively encouraged to be part of Solicitors for the Elderly. If you are an experienced and accomplished fee earner (Solicitor / Legal Exec) who enjoys working in a team environment and have the enthusiasm to contribute to the commercial success and growth of the team this could represent an interesting next career move for you. It is a good opportunity to establish yourself locally (if not already) and within a team of experienced legal professionals who all take a great deal of pride in the quality of service they offer.
