A very well established firm with an excellent reputation as one of the south's leading commercially orientated law firms. They pride themselves on delivering first-class advice and ensuring a successful client outcomes with a friendly and client-focused approach.

The firm has one of the largest clinical negligence teams in the region encompassing both AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) and Law Society Panel members and offer many different types of funding, including Legal Aid and No Win No Fee agreements. They also act for many clients who have Legal Expenses Insurance that cover medical negligence claims.

Due to increased growth in business and strategic growth plans they now seek to add further expertise and experience to the Clinical Negligence team. The team cover a broad range of matters including but not limited to Cerebral Palsy, Amputations, ,Brachial Plexus, Cosmetic Surgery, Faliure to Diagnose, Late/Mis- diagnosis of Cancer and Childbirth injuries.

They are interested in speaking to Clinical Negligence Solicitors /Fee Earners at various levels from those in the earlier stages of their career looking to develop professionally to very well established experts in their field who can provide leadership and direction and deal with high level and complex matters.
