My client is a well known regional firm who is looking to expand its team based in Scunthorpe with the appointment of an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive. You will ideally be at 2-3 years' PQE, however, most levels of post qualification experience will be considered.
 
You will be joining a motivated team with various office locations, who can offer you the opportunity to shape and grow this particular branch site.
 
There are good sources of work available and a supportive environment to come into, with modern case management systems and dedicated admin support available.
 
The firm, who has an excellent track record of internal progression, is a multi-service practice. Family law is one of their highest billing areas and they cover both Private and Publicly funded work across their various departments. 
 
Amongst the work that comes into the team is:
 
financial proceedings, divorce, pensions, co-hab issues, separation, ancills, private child matters, contact issues (parents who wish to have contact with their children), and also some local authority work and domestic violence.
