Job Details
Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a role with a legal 500 firm within a close and well-oiled team? We have an excellent opportunity with a great firm based in the North East dealing with high value, good quality property work.
The Darlington based traditional firm has a solid client base and is looking to expand and build a base of ambitious lawyers, therefore, this role offers genuine opportunities to progress with hard work.
You will be working on a broad range of commercial property matters from buying and selling to development matters. As there is an existing caseload and solid client base for you to come into you should be able to hit the ground running and run your own caseload from start to finish. The work is of great quality including some million pound transactions with some of their clients being big players in the South.
The successful candidate should ideally have around 4+ years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
