Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its office on either a full time or part time basis in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The successful applicant will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, undertaking a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Drafting leases
• Negotiations
• Franchise agreements
• Deeds of variation
• Untitled licenses
• Compulsory purchase orders

The Candidate
• Applications are welcome from fee earners with strong experience in commercial property matters
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and individually under own initiative
