Conveyancing Assistant
A conveyancing assistant is required to join a Surrey law firm, in the Guildford area, as part of their conveyancing team. The conveyancing assistant will provide support to a fee earner in dealing with a full case load of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. The successful legal residential conveyancing assistant will have excellent typing and keyboard skills, a good understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to complete registrations and undertake searches.
The residential conveyancing assistant will need to be proactive in contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of the department and firm, in line with the business plan and any other relevant plans, under the supervision of the fee earner.
