Job Details
My client is a well regarded defendant insurance litigation specialist in Manchester. They work on behalf of insurance clients throughout the UK defending personal injury claims with a notable presence on the road traffic accident arena. As a result they have a sizeable motor injury, motor fraud and credit hire offering which they are currently expanding. They are recruiting credit hire solicitors and credit hire paralegals who have a sound knowledge in RTA, non injury work to include credit hire.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor or a junior solicitor to join a well regarded credit hire team. They are currently looking for a specialist credit hire solicitor or non qualified to join the credit hire litigation team. This role will suit a credit hire solicitor from a claimant or defendant background who has a good amount of RTA and Credit hire experience. You will be managing cases from inception to completion, defending credit hire claims for more than one insurer client on a range of delegated or non delegated authority cases.
Although candidates with litigation experience will be at a distinct advantage, a sound knowledge of credit hire law is sufficient for this role. You will be trained on litigation if you have the theoretical knowledge of RTA and Credit hire to support this. This credit hire solicitor role could suit a candidate who is at the start of there career having trained with a smaller practice who is seeking to work for a national firm. It is also the ideal position fro a credit hire or personal injury solicitor who has not had a lot of litigation experience to join a team of experienced litigators
