Residential Property Solicitor

My client, a well known regional firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Residential Property team based in Central Birmingham.

The firm is friendly and forward-thinking and is currently undergoing a sustained period of growth. This is an exciting transforming time for the firm and they are looking for legal professional who are eager and willing to help them reach their next goal. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and wiill be capable of providing a personal and efficient service to their residential property clients. The caseload is both substantial and vared which includes high net worth individuals, local conveyancing, volume apartment acqusitions and small estate developments.

Their friendly and successful residential property team provides secretarial and paralegal support and there is superivision at director level when required.

This role gives the right candidate the opportunity to progress with excellent career prospects and will fantastic salary of up to 40k depending on expirence
