Job Details
This growing and successful firm based in the City of London is seeking a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team.
You will be undertaking a range of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, and commercial lease work, acting for clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals. There will also be some residential property work, primarily acting for wealthy individuals, investors, and landlords.
This opportunity would suit an early career Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a dynamic firm in the City of London. You should be comfortable dealing with commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, alongside a variety of commercial lease matters such as renewals and transfers. You should also have experience in residential property transactions.
