An iconic UK retail store is looking for an experienced commercial solicitor to join their in-house legal team. In an organisation many consider to be a national treasure the successful will have the opportunity to contribute to its continued success. The company's headquarters are located in the heart of London close to Regents Park and surrounded by famous London architecture.

The role offers a strong salary, coupled with a progressive approach to flexibility and a varied, interesting workload. Skills in commercial contracts will be heavily utilised; particular areas of emphasis are in IT, wholesale/consignment, licensing, concessions and supplier terms and conditions. Skills that will also be highly valued are those in GDPR, IP, as well as experience in the mentoring and guidance of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in commercial law. Private practice backgrounds will be considered, any experience in-house is of course highly valued. An ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders is a must, as this position will support a variety of business areas.
