Your new role
As team's Paralegal, you will support the legal team on a range of legal matters, though mainly focused on commercial and investment management related contracts. You will also be responsible for maintaining and keeping the legal team's files, folders and intranet pages up to date. You will also help on other legal and administrative matters when they arise.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have obtained the LPC and have previous experience working as a Paralegal. You will also possess strong drafting skills and have experience working on commercial matters. Experience drafting investment management related contracts is desirable.
