The Role

This firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their flourishing Basingstoke, Hampshire office.

You will be collaborating with partners of the firm on high-quality caseloads. Mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements (and many more) will all be included within the caseload of this role. In this role, you will be utilising a fantastic platform of which the firm has developed over the years - this really is the perfect role for an ambitious Solicitor/Legal executive to join a growing, dynamic team.

Caseloads you will be dealing with will vary in size, complexity, and net worth. Examples of caseload will include, but will not be excluded to corporate restricting, IP caseloads, IT Agreements, Joint Ventures and M&A's.

Requirements:

• You will ideally have at least 3+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• You will be ambitious and dynamic and willing to develop/utilise a strong sense of commercial acumen.
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
