Company/Commercial and Commercial Property Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for a NQ or junior Solicitor to join this forward-thinking Legal 500 practice and gain solid grounding in company/commercial, with some commercial property, work. It is not often that you will get the chance to work alongside two highly experienced Partners in both these fields - an excellent way to kickstart your career!

Our client can trace its beginnings back two centuries and therefore has an extensive and established client base going back generations. The firm is proud of its history and continues to develop great relationships with clients that makes them known for their 'personal touch'. You will be acting on behalf of sole traders, partnerships, private limited companies and PLCs.

On the company/commercial side you will be giving advice on all legal aspects of business, from start-ups and acquisitions and the drafting of commercial contracts, through to shareholder and partnership disputes, business disposals and company sales.

The commercial property matters you will be handling will include the buying, selling and leasing of all types of business premises, from warehouses and industrial units to retail outlets, pubs, mixed residential and commercial property developments.

It is envisaged that this role would suit a Newly Qualified or junior Solicitor who has gained experience during training and/or post qualification handling company/commercial and commercial property matters. Applications from more experienced Solicitors are also welcomed, as are candidates who have had relevant Paralegal experience prior to commencing their training contract.

The offices are easily accessible by major road links and you will not get caught up in City centre traffic. Having your own car would be advisable as the role will not be just office-based, as you will enjoy travelling to clients' offices too.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package and genuine career prospects, along with ongoing support and training as required.
