Pensions Lawyer (NQ-2 PQE)

The firm's UK group, including the Legal Pensions team, is integrated into the company's global network, which has an impressive group of legal experts and offers a unique style of legal guidance for market leaders, dynamic entrepreneurs and private businesses.

Your new role
They are looking to recruit a extremely high-calibre Junior Lawyer to join the Pensions team in London, although there is a possibility to be based in Reading or Manchester (if required). The team mostly advise corporate clients, with some trustee work, on all aspects of pensions. As a new joiner, your main duties will include drafting scheme documents, reviewing annuity contracts and advising on corporate transactions, investment issues and support scheme funding.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be newly qualified or have up to two years post qualified experience, with a general corporate and pensions background gained at a leading firm. Further, it would be good if you have experience in line with the duties mentioned above.
