Corporate Solicitor

This highly respected, regional outfit are looking to strengthen their Corporate/Commercial department even further and are seeking an ambitious solicitor to join their reputable department based in Ashford, Kent.

The role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer into their flourishing Ashford office.

You will join an award-winning corporate team that is led by a team of experienced solicitors who are widely regarded as leaders in their field. Moreover, they are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer NQ-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should work for a well-known corporate/commission department
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
