Job Details
This new vacancy provides an enviable career move to a market leader in insurance litigation. Ideally, you will have defendant insurance experience, but applications also very welcome from high calibre claimant lawyers. The nature of the role is likely to appeal to newly qualified and recently qualified solicitors.
The quality of work is excellent as the team manages delegated authority work comprising complex Employers Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers’ Liability. Instructions consist of higher level fast track and multi-track cases, where liability and causation are often in dispute.
In this role, you will receive excellent training and mentoring from market recognised experts. You will have the opportunity to develop your own case management skills working on relevant level instructions whilst assisting colleagues on more complex instructions.
