The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner into their flourishing, Manchester City Centre office.

You will lead the real estate department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The firm have a strong reputation for Real Estate, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Investment work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
