Head of Family Law.
 
My client is a high street close-knit firm in a suburb of North Nottingham.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and become the “go-to” person for Family Law in this firm and potentially in the region.
 
As the Head of Family Law, you will be the main fee earner in the department and will get the chance to develop both your own presence and that of the firm.
 
You will ideally have upwards of 4 years' PQE and will be capable of taking the department to the next level.
 
You will have the excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of family and matrimonial law, with a focus on financial applications, divorce, separation, post and prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and a small amount of care work.
 
You will be expected to manage your own caseload and provide support for mentoring a small team.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a conscientious individual who has a fine attention to detail and good client handling skills. A high percentage of all our work comes from repeat business and referrals. 
 
You will be commercially minded and assist with business development and marketing with a view to expanding the department further.
