The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their flourishing, Leeds City Centre office.

The firm have a strong reputation for corporate work, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

The corporate finance team stands at over 15 lawyers, including two dedicated professional support lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, pensions, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
• Excellent client care skills are essential
