My client who is an Award Winning Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (NQ - 2 year PQE) to join their Corporate & Commercial department.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm which regularly achieves department and individual recommendations in the UK's leading legal directories and is ranked in the top 150 UK law firms by turnover.

This position will suit an ambitious solicitor who is aspiring to take the next step in their career by obtaining more responsibility in a firm with a great culture, they are forward thinking with a fantastic reputation.

This is a very hands on role where you will get to work with some fantastic clients & be part of a highly successful team.

Day to day will include:

Identifying new business opportunities.

Dealing directly with clients on a daily basis

Working with junior colleagues & guiding them on their development.

Be involved in key aspects of the business organized by the firm.

Being responsible for due diligence

Support & assist with supervision & guidance from senior colleagues.
