This successful Central London firm has a thriving residential property department acting predominantly for corporate clients and mid to high net-worth individuals, such as City executives, managers, directors, and business owners.
The firm is keen to recruit a Residential Property Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to handle a caseload of residential transactions including high-value leasehold and freehold properties.
You should be able to confidently handle a caseload of residential property sales, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity work in a fast paced, busy environment, whilst still maintaining a high standard of client care.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to join a thriving residential property department in Central London, with good long term prospects for the successful candidate.
