The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Commercial solicitor 4+ PQE to join their established London office as a Professional Support Lawyer.

The team have seen continued growth in the last 6 months and are showing no signs of stopping. This role would suit a driven and ambitious Associate who wishes to be part of this success story, with the aim to be the pre-eminent Commercial firm in the UK.

You will join the firms exceptional Business Advisory team in the Commercial group.The Commercial team cover the six key areas of, TMT, IP, Contracts, Privacy & Data, Capital Projects & Infrastructure and Financial Services.

The Commercial teams client base includes, FTSE Plcs, global household names and the most innovative of start-ups.

You will provide support to the Commercial team along with 3 other specialist Commercial PSL's, providing support including but not limited to; Business Development, Compliance, Process Enhancement, Legal Advisory Updates/Briefings, Knowledge Management, Technical Legal Training and Business Advisory services.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Experience of general non-contentious Commercial matters is essential
• You must be enthusiastic about getting involved in business development activties
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
• You will be commercially minded, and you will need experience in handling Commercial caseloads
