Head of Legal, Central Birmingham

The Head of Legal is a key member of senior staff. S/he is responsible for the provision of advice on legal matters of relevance to the CCRC’s work including providing advice on legal issues arising in casework and responsibility for conducting or overseeing litigation involving the CCRC. The Head of Legal will be expected to advise the Chair and Chief Executive generally and in particular in respect of judicial review litigation. The role is responsible for the management of a team including a Lawyer and administrative staff.

Salary: £54,000 pa.
