The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Conveyancer into their Birmingham City Centre office.

You will work alongside like-minded individuals dealing with a range of different clients from high net worth individuals to bespoke and more general work. There is state of the art technology with secretarial and paralegal support to match, the firm invest well into their infrastructure.


This will be a general Conveyancing caseload that will have you deal with; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have good experience of running your own caseload
• This role comes with excellent prospects
• Ideally you will have case management experience
• Excellent client relationship skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable dependant on experience
