Debt Recovery Paralegal - Leeds
A Debt Recovery Paralegal is required for a fantastic Legal 500 Firm in West Yorkshire. Salary upwards to £24,000.
Our client is a successful and growing Legal 500 Firm providing an extensive range of legal services to private and commercial clients throughout the UK.
As a successful Debt Recovery Paralegal, you will be working in a busy office with an experienced fee earner assisting with them with their caseload from start to finish. This will cover the broad areas of commencing County Court Claims action, Insolvency Proceedings as well as undertaking enforcement action when appropriate.
The successful candidate will ideally have over 6 months experience as a debt recovery paralegal or be in a similar role. You will also be confident working with minimal supervision with the ability to meet deadlines an essential. There will be opportunities to work with our Commercial Disputes Resolution team when cases that are defended become contentious and go all the way to Trial.
