Residential Conveyancing Assistant

My client is a reputable national firm with offices in South Manchester, and is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal as the residential team continues to grow.

The firm in question has expanded considerably over recent years and offers exceptionally high quality work on both a private and commercial level. The role of conveyancing paralegal will have good technical and procedural knowledge and an ability to deal with the range of administrative tasks of this function.

The ideal candidate will have conveyancing experience; however, the firm is looking for a candidate who demonstrates a keen sense of initiative and work ethic, a high level of organisational skills and a commitment to executing their work to the highest standard. Experience required of Opening new files, Post Completion, Dealing with correspondence from clients and lenders, Liaise with lenders & brokers, drafting searches and contracts & SDLT returns.
