Locum Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Oxfordshire
ASAP start – 3 months +
£500 per day
A long established and multi accredited law firm in Oxfordshire seeks to appoint a Corporate Commercial Solicitor on a locum basis. This role is to start ASAP for the duration of 3+ months.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for a mixed corporate and commercial caseload to include:
- Business sales and purchases
- Shareholder agreements
- Share purchase agreements
- Share sales
- Commercial contracts
- Property finance agreements
Our client is offering this role on a part time basis and flexible hours can be considered for the right candidate. The applicant will be working alongside a Commercial Partner and secretarial support is available.
