The role

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their market leading Top 100 practice in Reading.

You will help run the firm's risk management systems/procedures by developing excellent relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, identify business risks, develop/maintain an understanding of the firm's risk management procedures, assist with conflict, monitor compliance, providing compliance training, keep up to date with regulatory and compliance changes and much more.
