My client is a leading national and international insurance litigation specialist with a footprint of offices across the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join their Technical team based in Birmingham, to advise on an excellent quality caseload of high complexity and value Insurance Recovery matters.
 
The team acts for a ‘who’s who’ list of insurers, undertaking high profile and highly complex insurance litigation work, often with settlement values £5m - £20m relating to property damage, policy coverage disputes and fraud cases, led by two Partners who are highly respected in this area of Insurance Litigation.
 
The role would suit a Solicitor or equivalently qualified fee earner who has experience in insurance recoveries work, however someone with a strong commercial litigation background, in particular, contract disputes would also be suitable. There is great potential for career progression with this role which would be fully supported by the Partners in this team.
