Plot Sales Residential Property Lawyer £40KFast growing and award winning conveyancing firm is seeking to expand their Plot Sales offering.
This is a private owned business and continues to go from strength to strength and now requires an expereinced Plot Sales Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE to join their team in North London.
The role will involve dealing with Conveyancing Plot Sales and running a full caseload of matters with regularly contact with clients and site visits.
Ideally you will be a qualified conveyancer that is handling 50% Plot Sales and be able to demonstrate proficiency and expertise within Plot Sales, used to dealing with technical matters and ability to manage a full caseload without supervision, but with full support.
