Conveyancing Legal Secretary with a Minimum 12 Months Experience

Join a busy and successful law firm in the heart of Wiltshire where you will have the opportunity to work as a Conveyancing Secretary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the opening of new files, carrying out of Anti Money-Laundering checks, putting in hand searches, and dealing with general enquiries that any clients may have. Further to this you will be required to carry out general administration tasks which will include and not be limited to; audio typing letters, documents, Making and receiving telephone calls and answering emails, Dealing with clients in person and on the telephone,Making appointments and assisting with client queries, Supporting other members of the conveyancing team and Liaising with the accounts department where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working as a Legal Secretary and be dedicated to provide excellent client care, outstanding communication and IT/Case Management/MS Office skills, Fast and accurate typing, including audio typing, Good telephone manner and Knowledgeable about the conveyancing process.
