This extremely successful Top 100 Law firm based in Manchester has a brand new opportunity to join their successful team of Personal Injury fee earners.
There is a great opportunity to progress with multiple training contracts being provided to its work force annually. 11 Training contracts were offered last year!
Depending on your experience, you will be situated in either the Portal or litigation team. As I litigator, you will gain management experience by supervising a portal team member. As a portal team member, you will gain litigation experience from your mentor.
Not only will you get this unique exposure to management/litigation but you will also receive a generous salary of up to £30,000.
What work will you be doing?
- Dealing with a caseload of fast track Personal Injury files.
- Dealing with stages 1 (Investigation), 2 (Negotiation) and 3 (Litigation) of the Claims Portal process.
- Liaising with client and third parties to process claims within the legislative timeframes.
- Gathering and submitting any medical evidence to support claims.
- Negotiation of most beneficial settlement where appropriate.
- Preparing claim evidence for Court proceedings.
- It would be desirable if you have experience using Proclaim.
