Job Details
My client is a niche commercial law firm who are looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor for their Nottingham office.
The firm have a large local commercial client base, and deal with a wide range of contentious matters including, commercial contracts, employment, property litigation, and contentious probate.
You can expect to act on a range of claims including property litigation disputes, breach of covenants, landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes, regulatory matters, contentious probate, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment litigation.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and collegiate firm. My client are recognised for their high staff retention rate and always seek to support and develop their staff professionally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in order to fit sensibly into the team. You’ll be technically very strong but have a personable approach to both internal and external clients.
My client is seeking solicitors who are technically strong but who can also demonstrate good commercial experience.
