The Role
Due to the recent expansion of the company this would be an ideal time for a new start as the potential to progress within relatively short time frame is significant. The role would suit a Commercial Solicitor from an in-house background or a Commercial Solicitor from a Private Practice who is looking for an exciting new opportunity in-house.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the company's legal team, with a focus on advising the business on a variety of commercial contracts / agreements.
Your duties will include but not be limited to structure, draft, and review a wide variety of contracts involving the groups businesses including customer, vendor and partner agreements, as well as agreements with financial institution partners. To also work cross-functionally with the sales, account management, finance, operations, IT and compliance teams to ensure that contractual terms are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies and risk tolerances.
You will also advise on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
Requirements
- You will have at least 2 years PQE
- You must be a forward-thinking individual who is able to adapt to new ideas
- You must have a meticulous eye for detail
