The successful solicitor will be able to take on a diverse caseload, whilst delivering tailored services to suit individual client needs at all times, therefore, excellent communication skills are essential.

• Mortgage finance

• Landlord and Tenant Act
• Agricultural property
• Lease renewals and variations
• Acquisition and disposition of commercial premises
• Premise licenses
• Plot sales and purchases
• Business development

The Candidate
• Ideally, a solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE in commercial property matters
• Demonstrating top class client care and communicate well, both verbal and written is essential
• Actively undertake business development, networking and marketing initiatives for the progress of the firm
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative is a pre-requisite
