The Role

The Real Estate Group are hiring a Partner with at least 7 years PQE to act as an important addition to growing and developing their already established City practice.

The work their expert lawyers do involves managing complex, large scale transactions and projects for a broad range of clients including private equity houses, funds and debt clients. They are at the top of the tree in terms of quality and expert knowledge.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious Partner used to working in a demanding, fast paced role that wants a lateral move to a more supportive environment or a lawyer with an established book of business looking to step up into a more Senior role in the City.

You will develop key client relationships both internal and external, conduct negotiations and adapt where necessary demonstrate the adaptability to ensure the firm fits with the clients bespoke needs.

Requirements

• Solid Real Estate experience as a Partner at an established, highly regarded law firm
• Demonstrable a strong understanding of Real Estate as a legal practice area
• Be a true leader, able to support and mentor junior team members and lawyers within the group.
• Partner with at least 7 PQE, admitted to the Solicitors Roll in England & Wales
• Ambitious, hardworking with a strong commercial focus
• Strong communication skills and confidence in front of high end clients
