Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a property team leading the way in the South of England. Based in Southampton, they are keen to hear from any Qualified Solicitors (NQ-10 year PQE) for the role.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor joining a reputable department to provide professional legal advice and services to their clients. Your work load will include landlord and tenant matters, development agreements and acquisitons & disposals. You will also be providing sound and pragmatic legal advice for every aspect of property and planning matters. My client is quite open in terms of your PQE within the sector, and will accept applications from anyone from Newly Qualified up to 10 years PQE.
