Multi-accredited firm in Somerset seeks a Family Lawyer on a permanent basis, part-time or full-time basis. 

Our client is currently recruiting for a dynamic Family Lawyer who has specific experience in financial matrimonial matters to join their thriving practice situated in the Yeovil area.

This role will be offered on a permanent, part-time or full-time basis. 

• Financial matters
• Divorce
• Civil partnerships
• Children
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes
• Drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Conducting own advocacy as required
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Participating in business development and marketing activities

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from qualified solicitors and chartered legal executives newly qualified upwards
• Excellent advocacy skills are required
• Possess a working knowledge of case management systems
• Be a strong communicator both verbally and written
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own caseload with no supervision
