A nationally recognised firm who specialise in conveyancing are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join the Manchester based team as they continue to expand their team of Conveyancers. 

They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach where they have perfected the process for over a decade, which has attributed to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to recruit a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor who has the desire to join a forward thinking firm with clear career progression opportunities. 

As the Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of between 70-100 files (depending on your level of experience), this will include the full range of conveyancing transactions focusing on client service/care, and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors. 
 
You must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in handling a caseload of 70+ conveyancing files from start to finish. You'll be provided with lots of admin/support and up to date IT systems.
  
Salary is negotiable (likely up to c£35,000) In addition, you will also benefit from a lucrative bonus and various benefits and reward incentives.
