Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Central London for a Commercial Lawyer to join an expanding team within a highly-regarded legal 500 Law Firm in Central London.
The purpose of the role is to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Corporate, Company & Commercial Law matters.
Responsibilities:
Shareholders' agreements Mergers and acquisitions
Commercial contracts
Compliance and Risk Management
Start-ups and restructuring in a wide variety of industry sectors
Requirements:
Must be a Lawyer with 5+years' PQE
Expert Knowledge of corporate commercial matters
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
Keen eye for detail and professional approach to your work
Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
