The Role

This firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Crawley, West Sussex office.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect- this ethos runs throughout the firm in its entirety. As a result of the firms' local connections, you will be dealing with a diverse, mixed-value caseload giving you a fantastic platform in which to further develop your career.

You will be joining an incredibly knowledgeable team who whilst being commercially minded, the team and supportive throughout. You will be expected to be ambitious, quality-driven and approachable.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• You will have experience in undertaking conveyancing caseloads
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
