A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding team at this Legal 100 firm in Leeds.
 
You will be joining an established team of Commercial Property Solicitors dealing with an array of work including acquisitions, disposals, and a variety of commercial lease work, acting for clients including major national organisations across a number of industry sectors. 
 
The role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' commercial property experience gained at a leading Leeds or regional firm. You'll be dealing with a varied and challenging caseload with plenty of exposure to clients, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
 
The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for both healthcare and other clients. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload of real estate matters, as well as working closely with the partners of the Real Estate team on business development opportunities.

Candidates will be expected to have relevant commercial real estate experience. Experience of commercial property within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage but is not essential, and the successful candidate should be experienced in negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions.
