A fantastic NQ Commercial Property Solicitor role has arisen within a progressive firm based in Leeds City Centre.

If you are ambitious and are looking to join a rapidly growing firm where your contribution will be identifiable and valued then this could be the firm for you. You would be joining a department that is highly respected and has established an outstanding reputation for the commercial property work they do, reflected by the calibre of the clients they represent. You will be dealing with some fantastic quality work, for national and local household name clients and so will gain exceptional experience which will help you grow as a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role will entail handling a broad range of commercial property matters with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work, but you won't be limited to this. The team boasts an impressive client base across a range of sectors from commercial and residential development, to leisure, investment and corporate occupier work as well as charities and major household names.

The firm invests highly in the training and development of its lawyers ensuring that the junior members of the team have a partner in the office there to consistently support them, advise on technical queries and have regular internal meetings with them creating a very strong support system unique to this incredible firm. You will also be working with partners in the team who are all from internationally recognised firms, assisting them on significant projects and giving you an opportunity to really develop your skills technically and commercially.

Our client is looking for a NQ-2PQE solicitor who possess the correct skill set and knowledge to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will be both working with peers as well as taking on their own client relationships once they are settled in.

They are happy to look at lawyers from a range of different firms, it is the quality of the individual and their experience that is key as they are known for delivering a really high level of service and really don't want to dilute that. The successful candidate will be confident with excellent communication skills and ideally will want to get involved with clients.

In return you will be joining a friendly, hardworking and close knit team within a collegiate firm that is passionate about the work it does. You will have a clear route to progression if you prove capable and a support network to help you grow and advance in your career.
