Local Authority Litigation Locum
Our client, a Kent-based Local Authority is seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their legal team and assist with litigation matters.
The post is expected to last 3 months with the possibility of extension and is a good opportunites for an experienced litigation expert to develop in a busy legal department.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience handling Judicial Review matters in High Court
- The ability to handle planning litigation matters
- Be able to answer pre-action protocol letters
- The ability to intruct Counsel
